Outcasted smokers resigned to the benches outside of Madison Square park, since the smoking ban that took affect on May 23. The new rule bans smoking in parks, pedestrian plazas, boardwalks and beaches, but it seems smokers will find new niches to nestle their smoke breaks–right outside the park gates.
