  1. I’m a pet owner and lover but I have to say, it’s one thing to get medical help for your pet. It’s outrageous and criminal when you risk harm to other people in an attempt to do that. You don’t endanger the lives of others who are trying to do their jobs keeping the public safe from construction equipment and related dangers. This guy needs to learn a lesson about valuing human life, not just his dog’s. What a jerk. Sounds like he needs to learn how to drive, too. Does he even have a license?

    • People like that give dog owners and animal lovers a bad name. He’s a reckless and irresponsible man and should pay dearly for his thoughtless and dangerous behavior.
