Police Watch: Naked man arrested for trespassing, Man busted for sex abuse at spa

NAKED MAN ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING
Police arrested 35-year-old Kevin King for alleged criminal trespass inside 156 West 15th Street on Monday, September 3 at 11:57 a.m. A woman told police that she saw a naked man on the fire escape of the building entering through a broken window. Police said that King, a Queens resident, was found inside the building without permission to be there and he was allegedly inside one of the apartments with the door locked.

MAN BUSTED FOR SEX ABUSE AT SPA
Police arrested 47-year-old Pei Tian for the alleged sexual abuse of a male customer inside Living Fresh Men’s Spa at 44 East 22nd Street on Saturday, September 8 at 2:44 p.m. Police said that Tian removed the towel from the victim during a massage and used his hands to intentionally touch the victim’s buttocks and genitals without permission. The victim said that he felt uncomfortable and left the room after the incident.

SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT IN UNION SQUARE
Police arrested 29-year-old Gerald Mosley for alleged assault in front of 4 Union Square East on Monday, September 3 around 2:46 p.m. Police said that Mosley approached a man who was walking down the street and punched him in his arm, causing pain. He also allegedly knocked the victim’s phone out of his hand, knocking it to the ground and causing the screen to the crack. A woman also told police that Mosley allegedly punched her in the ribs, causing pain. Mosley was also charged with criminal mischief.

ARREST FOR SLASHING ON FIRST AVENUE
Police arrested 36-year-old Edwin Penalo for alleged assault at the corner of First Avenue and East 28th Street on Tuesday, Tuesday, September 4 at 8:59 p.m. Police said that Penalo slashed the victim with a broken glass bottle, causing a cut on the victim’s back.

DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER ACCIDENT OUTSIDE STUY TOWN
Police arrested 29-year-old George Hanna for alleged intoxicated driving at the corner of Avenue C and East 16th Street on Saturday, September 8 at 3 a.m. Police arrived on the scene of a three-car crash at the intersection and Hanna was allegedly behind the wheel of a car with the keys in the ignition and the engine running. Police said that Hanna had a very strong odor of alcohol on his breath, as well as bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and unsteady balance. No injuries were reported.

TEEN ACCUSED OF THEFT FROM STUY TOWN APARTMENT
Police arrested 18-year-old Ousmane Niambele for an alleged theft from an apartment in Stuyvesant Town sometime between 7 p.m. on August 16 and 7 a.m. on August 17. Police said that the victim had a party in his apartment at 2 Stuyvesant Oval and invited other friends from school, including Niambele. The victim said that he realized the next morning that Niambele had allegedly stolen electronics, including a laptop and a phone, from the apartment during the event. Niambele was charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property on Thursday, September 6 at 10 a.m. inside the 13th precinct.

MAN ARRESTED FOR IMPERSONATING BETH ISRAEL PATIENT
Police arrested 45-year-old Kirk Rasnick for alleged possession of an anti-security item inside Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital at 281 First Avenue on Wednesday, September 5 at 7:20 p.m. The victim told police that he came into the hospital to inquire about medical bills he had received because he hadn’t been admitted to the hospital and shouldn’t have had any outstanding bills with them. Police said that Rasnick was inside the hospital during the victim’s visit and was allegedly signing discharge papers in the victim’s name. The victim them positively identified Rasnick as his nephew and said that Rasnick had no permission to use his name or information to receive medical services from the hospital.

CONVICTED BURGLAR ARRESTED AGAIN
Police arrested 20-year-old Elijah Rosario for two alleged burglaries that took place in the last month. As Town & Village previously reported, Rosario was arrested earlier this year in connection with multiple burglaries from a spa on First Avenue. He was sentenced to five months in prison in May in connection with that incident but no information about when he was released was available.

In the more recent incidents, Rosario allegedly entered the CVS at 253 First Avenue on August 21 at 1:30 p.m. and removed deodorant from the store without paying. Rosario was charged with burglary instead of petit larceny because he had been given a “no trespass” affidavit on May 12 permanently prohibiting him from entering any CVS location because of previous shoplifting incidents. Rosario was also arrested for allegedly stealing items from the Duane Reade at 125 Third Avenue on September 2 at 10:55 a.m.

Rosario was charged for the burglaries on Saturday, September 8 at 8:30 p.m. According to information from the courts, Rosario was also arrested in the 9th Precinct on September 3 for criminal possession of a firearm, to which he plead guilty and was sentenced to seven days of community service.

MAN CHARGED WITH BREAKING INTO BUILDING, STEALING BIKES
Police arrested 40-year-old Robert Cruz for alleged burglary in front of 108 East 29th Street on Friday, September 7 at 2:36 a.m. Police said that Cruz was seen on video using tools to gain access to the main lobby of an apartment building and once inside, he stole two bicycles. Cruz was also charged with possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana.

WOMAN ACCUSED OF ASSAULT ON WEST 19TH
Police arrested 29-year-old Marina Ami for assault on Saturday, September 8 at 9:11 p.m. in front of 35 West 19th Street. Police said that Ami and the victim got into an argument which led to Ami allegedly biting the victim on his hand, causing pain. The victim said that Ami also spit on him and slapped him in the face, although did not cause an injury. Police said that Ami and the victim did not know each other.
