It was reported to police that 32-year-old Gerardo Torres was last seen at his residence on Tuesday August 20 at 5:34 p.m. He is described as 5’8” tall, 240 pounds and was last seen wearing all dark clothing. Police are asking the community’s help in identifying a woman who has been admitted to Mount Sinai Beth Israel at 281 First Avenue.

The woman was found on the street disoriented by passersby, who then walked her over to the hospital on Thursday, April 18 at around 4 p.m.

She is described as white, about 55-65 years of age and 180 lbs. She was wearing all dark clothing.

Police are looking for a 13-year-old boy who was last seen on Sunday at 11 a.m., leaving the Administration for Children’s Services building at 492 First Avenue.

Jeremi Carangui was in the care of ACS at the time and left on his own, police said.

He is described as Hispanic, 5’2″ tall, 102 pounds, with a thin build, medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown.

Police are looking for a woman who they say had made suicidal statements and then disappeared from Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where she was undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.

Victoria Chavez, 26, a resident of Brooklyn, was last seen on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. leaving the hospital located at 281 First Avenue across from Stuyvesant Town. Police said she left on her own accord.

She is described as being approximately 5’4″ tall, weighing 125 lbs., with a thin build, brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a white dress and gray socks.

Police are looking for an elderly Harlem resident who was last seen at a friend’s home in Kips Bay on Tuesday at 11 p.m.

Police said Eliam Herrera, who lives on East 115th Street and 2nd Avenue, has Alzheimer’s and may be in need of medical attention.

She is described as being 93 years old, Hispanic, 5’2″ tall and 100 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue nightgown at her friend’s building at East 28th Street and 1st Avenue.

Anyone who sees Herrera is asked to call 9-1-1.

Kips Bay senior reported missing

Police are looking for a Kips Bay man who was last seen on Tuesday, March 27 at 1 p.m., leaving his home at 14 East 28th Street.

James Kalanzi, 74, is black, 5’5″ tall, around 130 pounds and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a dark jacket with lettering on the back, and a hat.

Elderly woman from Chelsea reported missing

Police issued a “silver alert” Thursday morning for Annabelle Davis, a missing 88-year-old woman from West 22nd Street and Ninth Avenue. The Chelsea senior has Alzheimer’s and dementia and may be in need of medical attention.

She is described as black, 5’5″ tall and 120 lbs. She was last seen wearing a grey jacket, white knit cap and grey sneakers at her home at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911.

Man missing from Kips Bay shelter

Police are looking for a homeless man who’s been staying at the 30th Street Men’s Shelter, but hasn’t been seen since the evening of October 1.

Llya Vugmeyster, 34, has been spotted in the vicinity of Lower Manhattan as well as within the Greenwich Village area to Midtown South but police didn’t specify when this was. He has been in and out of the shelter system.

He is white, 6 ft. 1 ins. and 180 lbs.

Olivia Novik, 26, is a resident of the Gramercy Arms building at 145 East 15th Street.

She is described as approximately 5’6″ tall, 140 lbs. with brown eyes and long brown hair and has a tattoo of an olive branch on her back. The missing might be wearing a brown and white blouse with dark leggings and sandals.

UPDATED: Eleven-year-old boy reported missing, last seen at School of the Future

UPDATE at 10:26 a.m.: Police said Marcus Campello has been found safe although a spokesperson for the department didn’t have details.

 

An 11-year-old student at School of the Future was reported missing early Wednesday, with police saying he was last seen at the Gramercy school Tuesday afternoon.

Marcus Campello, who lives on East 41st Street, also went missing last week. Police issued a similar alert last Friday morning, although Campello was found later in the day.

One law enforcement source said he ran away from home.

School of the Future is located at 127 East 22nd Street and Lexington.

He was last seen in Kips Bay in the vicinity of 28th Street and First Avenue.

He is Hispanic, 5’1″ tall, 174 pounds and has red hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a gray shirt and gray sweatpants.
